By downloading or using the CookFusion mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The Service
CookFusion is an AI-powered meal planning assistant that generates recipe suggestions based on ingredients you provide, photographs you take, and dietary preferences you set. Recipes and nutrition insights are generated automatically by artificial intelligence.
2. Important Food Safety Notice
AI-generated recipes, ingredient identifications, and product assessments are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors. Always use your own judgment regarding food safety, cooking temperatures, ingredient freshness, allergies, and dietary restrictions. CookFusion is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. If you have allergies or medical conditions, consult a qualified professional before relying on any suggestion from the App.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the App. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its services.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and its content (excluding content you submit) are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated recipes or nutrition information.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
